I freeze values before the draft and compare them with the real sale prices afterward. The published example is one real auction, not a guarantee, and I treat it as evidence of the method rather than proof that every league will behave the same way.

Most work is done with you, so you make every bid and pick. Co-Manager Draft can include draft execution only where the platform and league rules allow a legitimate co-manager role. I never ask for your login credentials.

Your advantage stops being one when the whole league has it. I work with one manager per league, review every application myself, and keep your application private.

I check whether your league's seat is open. If it looks like a fit, we have a short call about your rules, timing, and where you want help. Then you get a clear scope and price before deciding anything. Draft soon? Apply anyway. If there is not enough time to do it properly, I will tell you.

There are three ways I can help.

Your Board Sheet. I read your league and send you the numbers you draft from. In an auction, that is a dollar value on every player, priced off your league’s own past drafts, not a national list. In a snake, it is a ranked board with tiers built for your scoring, your roster and your keepers. You draft on your own.

Draft Plan. Your Board Sheet, plus how to use it: your targets, tier breaks, walk-away points, and a plan for allocating your budget. You still draft on your own, with a plan in your hand.

Co-Manager Draft. I work with you live as the picks happen.
